Community Odyssey is a microcosm within a rich and diverse community. The city of Asheville and the surrounding Appalachian communities offer rich and compelling opportunities for our students to get involved and share with others, to explore the joy of giving, and to learn the deeper lessons of lending a hand of support where it's needed. The result is a stronger, healthier community for all, and a future generation that values and understands what community means.
While location certainly permits our students to take advantage of a wide range of learning opportunities, the school itself is at the heart of a growing community of Odyssey families. There are many ways to get to know other parents, to get involved proactively in your child's school experience and environment, and to grow. |
